If you synchronise your iPhone contacts to Facebook, then the profile pictures, email addresses and all other information of all your contacts will also be synchronised. If you want this, open your iPhone "Settings". Scroll down and select the menu item "Facebook". Right at the bottom, you will find the command "Update all contacts". On selecting this, your iPhone contacts are supplemented with their Facebook-information.

The reverse is also possible. If you wish to add your iPhone contacts to your Facebook friends list, open the Facebook app. On the upper left side, tap on the menu button. Select "Find friends". Now tap on "Contacts" on top. You are now allowing the app to access your contact list. This will display those of your Facebook contacts who are your phone contacts, but not your Facebook friends. You can now add these contacts to your friends list.
