As we mentioned in this section last issue. Opera has just added support for sidebar extensions, which open on the left-hand side of the browser. One of the most useful new sidebar add-ons is Simple Vertical Tabs (bit.ly/1HCztyk), which as you've probably guessed displays your tabs vertically in Opera's sidebar to make them easier to access. They remain along the top of the browser, too, effectively giving you the best of both worlds, and the sidebar also offers options to pin tabs, view your history and 'tear off’ a tab into a new window.
