Yes, it is possible. Press Ctrl+Alt+S to open the Send/Receive Groups window in Outlook and double-click All Accounts. From here, select the account you don’t want synced and untick ‘Include the selected account in this group’ before clicking OK and Close. You can also access this window by clicking Tools, Send/Receive, Send/Receive Settings, then Define Send/Receive Groups.
