How To Design or print a postcard using text editor itself in MicrosoftWord

Not only can one buy postcards but also create and print them using Word itself. We are using Word 2013 this time. The individual functions may be arranged or named something else under other versions. First design the back of the postcard. In Word, go to the “Layout” tab and you will find all the required options under the category “Page setup”. First, select the postcard size “A6” under “Size”. Select “Landscape” format for the “Orientation”. Select “Narrow” for “Margins”. Now, only the rows for the address are missing. Go to the tab “Insert” and select four rows under “Table”. Reduce the table to the desired size and place it at the correct position. You will find the option “Borders” under the “Paragraph” category under the “Start” tab. Remove the left and right borders of the table and there will be four rows remaining. If you wish to create a field for the postal stamp, then this can also be done using a table. Simply use a table for it with only one row and one column.
