How Can skip the windows 8 Password

This is possible though obviously it does carry some risk particularly with a laptop, which could be easily lost or stolen. If you follow our advice and subsequently lose your laptop, then bear in mind that anyone who finds it will have access not only to whatever is on the computer, but also to your Microsoft account and that could be extremely damaging.
If you’re happy to accept this risk, then here’s what to do. Log into Windows 8 using your administrator-level Microsoft account, as usual. Then, from the Start screen, type netplwiz and press Enter. In the User Accounts dialogue box that appears, click the name of the account that you’d like to log into automatically (for obvious reasons, only one account can be nominated to do this), then click to remove the tick from the ‘Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer’ box. Click Apply. Now type and confirm the password used to access this account and then click OK. Finally, shut down your laptop in the usual way. When you next switch on your laptop, Windows 8 will launch and automatically sign into the nominated account. To reverse this change later, simply repeat the above steps, but this time tick the ‘Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer’ box
