Why can,t disable Wifi on Galaxy Note 2

It's possible. When you install SnoopWall you grant it ‘device administrator’ status, which basically lets the app do almost anything it wants with your device. While SnoopWall won’t be intentionally ignoring your attempts to disable Wi-Fi, a bug in the program or incompatibility with your Galaxy Tab might be causing the
hiccup.

Snoopwall has been updated since we first wrote about it,with numerous bugs fixed, so in the first instance we'd recommend updating the app. Open the Google Play Store app, tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) then tap ‘My apps’. Find SnoopWall then tap Update followed by Update.

If that doesn't fix the problem, try uninstalling SnoopWall You'll first need to revoke its administrator status. launch Setfings, then tap Security, ‘Device administrators’. Tap to clear the tick from SnoopWall, then tap Deactivate. Tap Back twice to retun to Settings, then tap Apps followed by Snoop Wall, then Uninstall.
